We move groups of up to 14 people (seating for a larger group is confirmed in your quote) around New York in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. That is the whole focus of this site: the van and the chauffeur. Airport arrivals and departures, corporate days, weddings, events, and trips out to Westchester, New Jersey, Long Island, and the Hamptons are the everyday work.

How is a group trip run?

Every booking follows the same sequence, whether it is a JFK arrival or a full wedding day:

• You request a quote online or by phone with the addresses, time, headcount, bags, and any flight number.
• You confirm the price, including the 3-hour minimum, before the card is charged.
• Dispatch assigns the van and chauffeur, and you receive their details before pickup.
• On airport jobs, dispatch tracks the flight and the chauffeur meets the group at baggage claim with a name sign.
• The group rides together, with luggage in the rear cargo area, to every stop on the plan.

How is pricing kept simple?

One published rule applies everywhere: from $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, for the whole van. Hamptons runs start at $600 (3-hour minimum); final price confirmed in your quote. Your quote confirms the final price before the trip, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability, and the policies for waiting, delays, cancellations, and child seats are published on their own pages so there are no surprises.
