What NYC Sprinter Van is

NYCSprinterVan.com is a Mercedes Sprinter group transportation company that runs 7 to 14 passenger vans across New York City, New Jersey, and nearby suburbs. As of 2026, the published rate is $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. That $600 floor applies to airport work, hourly charter, and most metro point-to-point trips. Longer Hamptons runs start at $800 because of drive time.

The van is the product. This site is Sprinter-only. We do not book sedans or SUVs here. If a team, wedding party, film crew, or family needs one vehicle for 7 to 14 people, this is the page that matches the job.

Local operating notes

  • We invoice NET terms for approved accounts.
  • Chauffeurs work under standard confidentiality.
  • Hudson Yards, FiDi, and Midtown are daily routes.

FDR, West Side Highway, Lincoln Tunnel, and the LIE for out-of-town HQ days.

Sprinter van vs Uber Black in NYC

A $600 three-hour block is usually cheaper than three black cars plus two no-show risks.

Example math on a Friday 5 p.m. JFK arrival: three Uber Black XL cars can run $90 each before a 2.5x surge, or $675, and the group still splits. One Sprinter at the $600 floor keeps the party together, luggage in one cargo bay, and one chauffeur on the radio. In a snowstorm or Met Gala week the rideshare number moves. Ours does not.

Fleet and what fits

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter on this account seats 10 to 14 depending on the floor plan. Executive layouts trade a row of seats for a table and more bag space. Standard shuttle layouts keep the higher passenger count. Tell dispatch headcount, bag count, and whether anyone needs a car seat when you book. We install rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats at no extra charge if you request them in advance.

For two people with two roll-aboards, a Sprinter is usually more vehicle than you need. For six or more, or for four people plus golf bags and garment bags, one van is cheaper and calmer than stacking SUVs.

Airports, wait time, and delays

We cover John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Teterboro Airport (TEB). Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait from wheels-down. International arrivals include 60 minutes because customs at JFK Terminals 1, 4, 7, and 8 can run past 45 minutes in the 4-8 p.m. bank. After the free window, wait time bills at the hourly rate in 15-minute steps.

Dispatch tracks the flight. If Heathrow lands 80 minutes late, the chauffeur stages later. You do not need to text a new pickup time unless the airline changes the destination airport.

How to book

  1. Call (646) 846-1577 or open the booking form with pickup, drop-off, date, and passenger count.
  2. Add the flight number for airport work and any child-seat request.
  3. Confirm the $200/hr rate and the 3-hour minimum before the card is charged.
  4. You receive chauffeur name and vehicle details before pickup.
