Mercedes Sprinter Fleet
This site is Sprinter-only. We run Executive, Jet, and Limo Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, most builds seating 9 to 14 passengers; seating for a larger group is confirmed in your quote. Wheelchair-accessible (ADA/WAV) Sprinters are available across the tri-state (NY, NJ and CT). Rates start at $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Your final price is confirmed in your quote and can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
Executive Sprinter
Up to 14–15 depending on configuration, confirmed in your quote
Front-facing executive seating, standing room, and a full rear luggage bay. Best for airport groups, roadshows, and crews. Same $200/hr starting rate.
Jet Sprinter
Most builds 9 passengers
Individual captain chairs, tables, and a private-jet cabin finish. Best for executives who work between stops.
Limo Sprinter
Most builds 14 passengers
Perimeter lounge seating, entertainment, and ambient lighting. Best for nights out, weddings, and events. No luggage space in the limo build.
ADA/WAV Sprinter
Wheelchair-accessible Sprinter
Wheelchair-accessible (ADA/WAV) Mercedes Sprinters are available across the tri-state (NY, NJ and CT). Choose the ADA / wheelchair-accessible photo card on the quote form, or tell dispatch when you call, so we can assign an accessible van and plan boarding time at each stop.
How many people and bags fit?
Choose the build by headcount first and luggage second. All three start at $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum ($600 minimum), so the choice is about fit, not price.
| Group | Suggested build | Why |
|---|---|---|
| More than 14 (Executive/Limo) or more than 9 (Jet) | Larger build, or a second Sprinter | up to 14–15 depending on configuration, confirmed in your quote; confirm the vehicle plan for larger groups |
| 10-14 passengers with luggage | Executive | Most builds seat 14 with a full luggage bay |
| Team working between meetings | Jet | Captain chairs and tables, most builds seat 9 |
| Wedding party or night out | Limo | Lounge seating and entertainment, no luggage space |
| Wheelchair user in the group | ADA/WAV Sprinter | Tell us when you request the quote |
Which Sprinter fits your group, with a driver?
Every booking is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a professional chauffeur, priced for the whole van rather than per person. Each build starts at $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum ($600). Your quote confirms the final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability, and driver gratuity is separate. Tell us the passenger count and the number of bags so dispatch can confirm the build before you book.
| Build | Seats | Luggage | Good fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sprinter | Most builds 14 (14–15 by configuration) | Full rear luggage bay | Airport groups, roadshows, crews |
| Jet Sprinter | Most builds 9 | Confirmed in your quote | Executives who work between stops |
| Limo Sprinter | Most builds 14 | No luggage space in the limo layout | Nights out, weddings, events |
| ADA / wheelchair-accessible | Confirmed in your quote | Confirmed in your quote | Accessible group travel; mobility needs checked before booking |
Are wheelchair-accessible Sprinters available?
Yes. We offer ADA / wheelchair-accessible (WAV) Mercedes Sprinters in NYC. Choose the ADA / wheelchair-accessible photo card on the quote form, or tell dispatch when you call, so we can assign an accessible van and plan boarding time at each stop.
Do the same Sprinters run shuttle service?
Yes. Executive, Jet, and Limo Sprinters also run our Sprinter shuttle service for airports, hotels, corporate campuses, and events, with repeat loops on a set schedule. Book the build that fits the group and tell dispatch it is a shuttle.
Why a Sprinter instead of several cars?
One van keeps the group together, puts all the luggage in one cargo area, and gives the trip one chauffeur and one confirmation. For six or more people, or four people with golf bags and garment bags, a single Sprinter is usually simpler and calmer than splitting the group across several vehicles that arrive at different times. For two travelers with carry-ons, it is more vehicle than you need.
How are child seats handled?
Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats are installed at no extra charge when you request them at booking. Tell dispatch the ages and the number of children, because the Executive, Jet, and Limo builds place seats differently. You may also bring your own seat; tell dispatch so the chauffeur leaves a row clear.
What should I tell dispatch about the group?
A few numbers let dispatch assign the right build:
- Total passengers, including children.
- Checked bags, carry-ons, and oversized items such as golf bags, strollers, or instrument cases.
- Whether the group needs a table to work on the way.
- Whether anyone needs a wheelchair-accessible (ADA/WAV) Sprinter.
