How is a Sprinter price built?
The price is the number of booked hours times the hourly rate, starting at $200 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum. The rate is for the whole van, not per person, so a group of 14 pays the same starting rate as a group of 7. Taxes and tolls can change the final figure, which is confirmed in your quote before the card is charged. Driver gratuity is separate.

What can add to the booked time?
On airport jobs, domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free wait and international arrivals include 60; beyond that, wait time bills at the hourly rate in 15-minute steps. Address pickups include a 15-minute grace period. On hourly charters, waiting inside the booked window is included, and overtime begins only when the clock passes the booked end time.
What does it cost to cancel?
Cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup is free. Inside 24 hours the 3-hour minimum may be billed because the van is already blocked. When an airline cancels the flight, the booking is handled under the flight delay policy instead.
