Cancellation Policy

Simple cancellation rules for Mercedes Sprinter bookings in New York.

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and we release the reservation at no charge.

Inside 24 hours we may bill the 3-hour minimum ($600) because that van is already blocked.

Airline-cancelled flights are handled under the flight delay policy, not as a last-minute no-show.

UN week, US Open, and summer Friday Hamptons jobs may need a longer cancel window. Dispatch will state that on the confirmation.
