Cancellation Policy

Simple cancellation rules for Mercedes Sprinter bookings in New York.

• Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and we release the reservation at no charge.

• Inside 24 hours we may bill the 3-hour minimum ($600) because that van is already blocked.

• Airline-cancelled flights are handled under the flight delay policy, not as a last-minute no-show.

• UN week, US Open, and summer Friday Hamptons jobs may need a longer cancel window. Dispatch will state that on the confirmation.

• Call (646) 846-1577 or email info@nycsprintervan.com to cancel. Do not assume a form submit is enough if you do not get a reply.
