How are route times estimated?

Each route shows a range. The low end is an off-peak drive; the high end reflects weekday rush hours, tunnel and bridge backups, and Friday afternoon traffic. Weather, UN General Assembly week, and summer beach weekends can push a trip past the range. For airport departures, plan with the high end.

What does a route cost?

Airport and metro routes start at $600, the 3-hour minimum at $200 per hour, for the whole group. Manhattan to the Hamptons starts at $600 (3-hour minimum); final price confirmed in your quote. A route with stops on the way, or with the van waiting at the far end, should be booked hourly.

  • Airport routes: JFK, LGA, and EWR to Manhattan and Brooklyn.
  • Suburban routes: Manhattan to Westchester and Greenwich.
  • Long-distance routes: Manhattan to the Hamptons.

Can I book a route that is not listed?

Yes. These are the most requested trips, not the only ones. Put any pickup and drop-off in the quote form notes, or call dispatch 24/7, and the trip is priced on the same hourly rule.

How do I choose between two airports for the same neighborhood?

Start with where the group sleeps. For Greenpoint and Williamsburg, LaGuardia over the BQE is usually the shorter ride; for Bay Ridge, Sheepshead Bay, and the rest of south Brooklyn, JFK over the Belt Parkway is closer. Downtown Manhattan is a close call between JFK through the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel and Newark through the Holland Tunnel, while the West Side and Hudson Yards lean toward Newark and the Lincoln Tunnel. If the flights are not bought yet, compare the route pages first: a shorter transfer leaves more of the 3-hour minimum for stops.

  • North Brooklyn: LaGuardia, then the BQE.
  • South Brooklyn: JFK, then the Belt Parkway.
  • West Side of Manhattan: Newark, then the Lincoln Tunnel.
  • Upper East Side: LaGuardia, then the RFK Bridge.

What about round trips and days with several stops?

Each route page describes a one-way transfer. When the van needs to wait at the far end, such as a Westchester dinner with a ride home or a Hamptons day with a return the same evening, book hourly so the chauffeur stays with the group. The rate does not change; the booking simply carries more hours. For a morning arrival followed by an afternoon of meetings, one hourly block can cover the airport pickup, the hotel drop, and the office runs.

Route questions

Can a listed route be booked in the other direction?
Yes. Every route runs both ways at the same starting price. For a departure, the pickup time is set backwards from the flight using the high end of the drive range.
Is the route price per person?
No. It covers the whole van: most Executive and Limo builds seat 14, most Jet builds seat 9, and larger-group fit is confirmed in your quote.
Can we add a stop to a route?
Yes. Stops stay inside the booked hours. If the trip runs past them, extra time starts at $200 per hour, with the final price confirmed by dispatch.
What happens if our flight is late?
Airport routes include flight tracking, so the chauffeur is timed to the real landing. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free wait and international arrivals 60.
How far ahead should a route be booked?
Twenty-four hours for most trips. Allow 48-72 hours for UN General Assembly week, the US Open, New York Fashion Week, and summer Fridays.
