How does booking a Sprinter work?
Booking takes a few minutes. Open the form, choose the service type, and enter the pickup date, time, and addresses. For airport trips, add the airline and flight number so dispatch can track the arrival. Enter the passenger count and luggage, and note anything the chauffeur should know: a doorman entrance, a gate code, or a second stop.
Before the card is charged you see and confirm the price, including the 3-hour minimum. Before pickup you receive the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details.
- Hourly charter: from $200 per hour, 3-hour minimum ($600).
- Airport transfers at JFK, LGA, EWR, and TEB: from $600.
- Metro point-to-point: from $600. Manhattan to the Hamptons: from $800.
Which details make the pickup go smoothly?
Groups are easier to move when the reservation carries the small details:
- The lead passenger’s mobile number for the day of travel.
- The terminal for airport pickups, or the FBO name at Teterboro.
- Oversized items: golf bags, strollers, instrument cases, garment bags.
- Child ages, so the right rear-facing, forward-facing, or booster seats are installed at no extra charge.
- Every stop in order if the day has more than one.
What if plans change after booking?
Call dispatch or email info@nycsprintervan.com with the change. Flight delays are handled automatically through flight tracking; airline cancellations are handled under the flight delay policy. Cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup releases the reservation at no charge.
