Wait Time Policy

NYCSprinterVan.com includes complimentary wait time on airport jobs, then bills the published hourly rate.

Domestic airport arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait from wheels-down. International arrivals include 60 minutes because customs at JFK and EWR can run long in the evening bank.

After the free window, wait time bills at $200 per hour in 15-minute increments. Address pickups include a 15-minute grace period from the booked time.

If you know you will be late, call (646) 846-1577. Dispatch can hold the van or reset the clock if the van can be reused.

Hourly charters include wait time inside the booked window. The 3-hour minimum still applies.
