Child Seat Policy

We install child seats in the Mercedes Sprinter when you request them at booking.

Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats are available at no extra charge if you request them when you book.

Tell us the child ages and counts. A 14-passenger shuttle layout and an executive layout do not take seats in the same places.

We cannot promise a seat on a same-day booking if inventory is already out. Add the request early.

You may bring your own seat. Tell dispatch so the chauffeur leaves a row clear.

New York State rules still apply. We will not seat a toddler in a lap belt because the van is running late.
