Flight Delay Policy

Airport Sprinter bookings include live flight tracking.

Dispatch monitors the flight number on the reservation. If the aircraft is late, the chauffeur stages later. You do not need to send a new pickup time unless the airline changes the destination airport.

Weather diversions and cancellations can be reset or cancelled without a fee when the airline cancels the flight. Call (646) 846-1577 as soon as you know.

If you miss the van after the complimentary wait window, the unused time still bills because the chauffeur was on site. We can often recast the same van for a later wheels-down if you call before the chauffeur leaves the airport.

Same published rate applies: $200 per hour, 3-hour minimum.
