Flight Delay Policy

Airport Sprinter bookings include live flight tracking.

• Dispatch monitors the flight number on the reservation. If the aircraft is late, the chauffeur stages later. You do not need to send a new pickup time unless the airline changes the destination airport.

• Weather diversions and cancellations can be reset or cancelled without a fee when the airline cancels the flight. Call (646) 846-1577 as soon as you know.

• If you miss the van after the complimentary wait window, the unused time still bills because the chauffeur was on site. We can often recast the same van for a later wheels-down if you call before the chauffeur leaves the airport.

• Same published starting rate applies: $200 per hour, 3-hour minimum. Your final price is confirmed in your quote and can vary with taxes, tolls and availability.
