When a luxury van trip includes an airport

Add the flight number and terminal, and the chauffeur is assigned to the flight. Domestic arrivals include 30 free minutes after landing and international ones 60. Past that window, waiting is billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute blocks.

For a departure, tell us the flight time and we build the pickup backward from it. An evening international flight from JFK needs more lead time than a morning domestic one.
